My Background
I began my venture into women's health in 2017 with my post-baccalaureate work in breast cancer research. I quickly developed a passion for the unique circumstances that affected women's health and completed a master's degree in epidemiology specializing in women's health in 2021. During my graduate studies, I performed field research in Panama to assess the areas where women needed support through the lens of public health. This served as a catalyst to step into the more hands-on work of a doula. During my doula training, I was taught by both midwives and doulas to attain a comprehensive education. By incorporating my personal knowledge and experience with herbal medicine, I have been able to seamlessly marry my passions for holistic and maternal care.

My Approach
I deeply believe that women deserve to be fully supported, honored, and respected during this miraculous and vulnerable phase in their life. We live in a society that often fails to support women's autonomy on what their bodies were designed to do. My approach is to educate, encourage, and empower women to make informed decisions about their bodies. I promote evidence-based counsel coupled with traditional herbal recommendations curated for each unique body and set of needs.
